I want to make my own bracelets patterns, but I don't know how to check if it looks like other patterns exist on the website. Anyone can give me the advice?

You can use the filter options on the Pattern page to show you only the bracelets with the same number of strings and colors. Typically this will still leave you with a lot of patterns to review.

What we moderators do is : Check on same amount of strings and rows, and check on a few strings more or less on top of that.
We also sometimes check on doubled or half the amount of rows, and/or on a few rows more or less, depending on the pattern.
And yes, that takes a lot of time .....
Sometimes we can use keywords to narrow down the amount of patterns but that's not always possible.

Remember that we don't accept any simple patterns like candystripes, diamonds, simple hearts, zigzags, etc. We have many of them already :-)
