Its a type that is a normal #1 pattern but with every row you flip the bracelet upside up to upside down to upside up again. It's the red and black bracelet on my profile picture. Please help!

By "row" do you mean like the rows in the pattern diagrams, or do you mean one diagonal stripe of the same color?
If you mean the diagonal stripes, try doing one stripe of forward knots using the leftmost string. Then flip the bracelet over and do a stripe using backward knots using the rightmost string. Repeat until you get the desired length.
I can think of a few variations of this that would be interesting.

I think you mean the flip flop zigzag :-(
