Does it already happened to you, making too much bracelets that your shoulder start to hurt really bad at times ? Wondering if I'm not alone with that sort of pain. |

It happens to me. Mines more in my wrist but I also am on the computer all day for work. But my shoulders ache too but I have a really bad back so my shoulders don't bother me as much. |

It happened to me when I started knitting and got way to enthusiastic... That's why I had to give up on knitting, eventually. But I work at a computer and my shoulders am already fragilized by all the repetitive movements. I do get a bit of temporary shoulder pain after long sessions of knotting, but less so. I think it's just a matter of not going overboard, which is hard sometimes! As silly as it sounds, I really did hurt my shoulders going on that five hours a day each day knitting rampage, and my joints are never going to fully recover from that. I guess what I'm trying to say is, be kind to your body!

I pull the string on the same spots on my fingers, and occasionally the skin will slit open. |

I sometimes get shoulder pain from knotting too, tbh I think it's cause of bending forward a bit and just not sitting in a correct way. |
