I always wear bracelets with the knotted side facing outward (the side that you see when you're actually tying it), but whenever I give them to people they wear it the other way. I've never liked it as much because of all of the flaws you can see in it, and because it doesn't look as neat.

Which side is supposed to face the outside? Which way do you wear it?

The knots are supposed to be outside, but it seems like we, knotters, are the only ones that know that. ;-(
It's a common 'problem'. Maybe because bracelets tend to curl the wrong way ? I don't know, but I sure like the knotted side best in most patterns.

The same for me. I always wear my bracelets with the knots facing out, but my friends wear them the other way! So weird!
