What should I do with DMC Satin Floss? by NaNaNaNaNaNaNa 11 months ago

Send PM		A while ago, my mother bought me some DMC satin floss instead of the regular kind by mistake... I tried making a bracelet but the knots kept slipping out, and it was really frustrating. Is there another type of bracelet (other than alpha or normal) that I could make with it that I won't have this problem? Do kumihimos work?

Send PM		Kumihimos as well will be easy (if you have a disc, if not they can be made pretty easily). The slots will hold the silk in place

Send PM		Hey I need some help... I don't know how to make one type of knot. I understand the two diagonal arrows but the curved ones I dont know Joe to make... Any advice???? Or videos/ demos???

Send PM		Here is the tutorial about how to make those knots (They're called "forward backward knots" and "backward forward knots).

Send PM		The way that I look at it, the direction of the arrow is the direction you should be pulling the string. So for double arrows, you should be pulling it in 2 different directions. Hope that helped. :)
