I think these are probably made using the same technique as the Tom's bracelets. I'm not sure how they change the colors, but I know how the body of the bracelet is made. I'll pm you the directions :)

karxalc: I think these are made the same way name bracelets are made...except you change the background color whenever you want.

Oh,these bracelets are so beautiful,I really want to know how to weave them,then I can create it into other thing,e.g slippers in summer,rings and so on.

To me it looks like basic weaving:

-4 strings vertical, hold tightly with a loom.( A piece of wood with nails on both ends, or tie them around a shoebox. )
- 1 very long string moving horizontally through the vertical strings, 1 up 1 down.

When I was young I did that a lot. Changing color: just take another string and proceed. You can weave over the ends or put them through the fabric later on.
